The Federal Athletics Foundation Holiday Run / Walk (Virtual 5K ) is FREE!
REGISTER for the 2020 Federal Athletics Foundation Holiday Run / Walk (Virtual 5K) which will be held from Saturday, December 26, 2020 – Thursday, December 31, 2020!
All who participate are encouraged to print out the race bib online and take a picture pre/post-run/walk to share on social media using #FAFvirtual5K and/or #SoCalFedsGetFit. Be sure to tag the FAF on Twitter (@FederalAthletes) and So Cal Feds Get Fit (@SoCalFedsGetFit)
You can track your time and distance by signing up for strava and joining the Federal Athletics Club.

Friends of the Federal Athletics Foundation | Members of the DOL Running Teams (Black, Gold, OIG) | All Federal employees | All U.S. Veterans| Participants in the annual B2V race.
Complete this form at any point between December 1 and December 31 and then run or walk a 5K prior to 11:59pm (PDT) on December 31, 2020. Once you complete the 5K, send an email with your name and your time to firstname.lastname@example.org (time submissions due by 11:59pm (PDT) on December 31).
All registered participants that run the 5K (3.1 miles) and submit their time to email@example.com will be entered to win a T-Shirt from the Federal Athletics Foundation. The T-Shirt will be earned by those that record the fastest time in their titled category: (See below for the shirts. Winners will be notified by 1/3/2021).
**You may be asked to provide a screen shot of your running app to prove your running time.
