**Treadmills may be used for the 5K, 10K and Walking Fed challenges.

Participant of the annual B2V race

WHEN/HOW:
5K & 10K:
Register at any point between now and November 30, 2022 and then run (one or both) of the virtual races prior to 11:59pm (PDT) on November 30, 2022. This virtual challenge can take place anywhere.
Entries that take place before 11/1/22 or after 11/30/2022 will not be counted.
Walking FED:
Register at any point between now and November 30, 2022. Then start logging your miles walked from November 1, 2022 - November 30, 2022. This virtual challenge can take place anywhere. Entries that take place before 11/1/22 or after 11/30/2022 will not be counted.

RULES for the 5K / 10K :
Although you may enter all challenges, you are only eligible to win a Federal Athletics T-Shirt in one of the races. You can track your time and distance by signing up for strava and joining the Feds Get Fit club or the Federal Athletics Club.
Submit your 5K or 10K results by December 3, 2022 to: info@federalathletics.org
**You must provide a screen shot of your running app to prove your running time. (5K & 10K races)​

RULES FOR THE WALKING FED:
The Top five walkers (Men and Women) will earn a "The Walking Fed" or Federal Athletics T-Shirt. You must use a GPS app (Fitbit, Nike Run Club, MapMyWalk, etc.) to track your miles for the entire month. You can use this LOG SHEET to track your daily miles.

Walkers are required to submit their Turkey Trot mileage (by December 3rd) to info@federalathletics.org
