B2V Chapter 4 - Rule 16:   Sunset and Sunrise hours will be determined by the Race Coordinator. All night time runners will wear an approved Flashing Reflective Vest.   Pt(5) For each infraction.

All runners who start their stage after 7:00pm, must wear a flashing / reflective vest.   The following vests have been approved by the race officials.
