**Treadmills may be used for the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Walking Fed challenges.

Friend of Feds Get Fit / Federal Athletics Foundation (open to the public)

Member of the DOL Running Team

Participant of the annual B2V race

United States military (current / veteran)
Register at any point between now and June 30, 2022. Then run (one or all) of the virtual races prior to 11:59pm (PDT) on June 30, 2022. This virtual challenge can take place anywhere. The races must take place between June 1 and June 30, 2022. Any entries that take place before 6/1/22 or after 6/30/2022 will not be counted.

RULES FOR THE 5K /10K / Half Maraton:
Although you may enter all races, you are only eligible to win a "Feds Get Fit" hat in one of the races (top five men & women) You can track your time and distance by signing up for Strava and joining the Feds Get Fit club or the Federal Athletics Club.

Once you complete the 5K /10K or Half-Marathon, send an email (with a screenshot of your time) with your name to info@federalathletics.org (time submissions due by 11:59pm (PDT) on July 1, 2022).
​
**You must provide a screen shot of your running app to prove your running time. ​

RULES FOR THE WALKING FED:
The top ten walkers (Men and Women) will earn a "Feds Get Fit" hat. You must use a GPS app (Fitbit, Nike Run Club, MapMyWalk, etc.) to track your miles for the entire month. You can use this LOG SHEET to track your daily miles.

Walkers are required to submit their mileage (by July 3rd) to info@federalathletics.org

The Federal Athletics Foundation strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
You also acknowledge and agree that you will abide by the COVID-19 guidelines set by your institution, local, state and federal health authorities (masking, social distancing). This virtual event is not intended for groups of people to complete together - be socially distant!
